Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile applications, and services provided by **RR Village Dosa** ("Service"). By accessing or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • **Age Limit:** You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • **OTP Registration:** Creating an account requires verification via an OTP sent by MSG91 to your active mobile number. You agree to receive communication, SMS updates, and receipts relating to your orders.
  • **Account Safety:** You are solely responsible for all operations conducted through your account.

2. Ordering & Pricing

  • **Order Acceptance:** All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the kitchen. Acceptance is confirmed via the app status screen.
  • **Pricing details:** Menu pricing includes applicable GST. Delivery fees, slot pricing, and packing charges are displayed transparently before payment.
  • **Modifications:** We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue dishes without notice due to seasonal availability of raw ingredients.

3. Payments

  • We support **online payments processed by Razorpay** and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select locations.
  • Payment failures due to bank downtime or network timeouts must be resolved directly with your bank. We are not liable for double charges initiated during transient failures.
  • If prepaid orders are cancelled before acceptance, the refund is processed directly back to your original source of payment.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • **Restricted Delivery Area:** Delivery is limited to pre-defined apartment campuses and delivery slots. Check address feasibility before ordering.
  • **Force Majeure:** Delays due to traffic congestion, monsoon storms, power blackouts, kitchen emergencies, or local protests represent Force Majeure events where delivery timelines may be extended.
  • **User Conduct:** Users must treat delivery staff respectfully and provide accurate gate clearance codes or block information.

5. Intellectual Property & Liabilities

  • **IP Rights:** All logos, recipe descriptions, trademarked brand materials, custom graphics, and software source codes belong exclusively to RR Village Dosa.
  • **Liability Cap:** To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is strictly capped at the amount paid by you for that specific order.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Bengaluru, Karnataka**, India.
