Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes the shipping, delivery, and pickup procedures for orders placed with **RR Village Dosa**.

1. Delivery Area & Locations

We operate a hyper-local delivery model in **Bengaluru, Karnataka**.

**Eligible Campus Deliveries:** Delivery is available for designated residential apartment campuses, tech parks, and commercial blocks in and around the **Whitefield** region.
**Verification:** You must configure your apartment block and flat numbers during order checkout. Deliveries outside our delivery zones will be automatically blocked by the platform.

**Pre-booked Time Slots:** Food is delivered during specific pre-selected slots chosen during the checkout flow.
**Express Delivery:** Express orders are dispatched immediately upon preparation, targeting delivery within **35–45 minutes**.
**Self-Takeaway:** You may select the "Takeaway" option during checkout to pick up your order directly from our main outlet: **Ground Floor, Whitefield Main Road, near Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield, Bengaluru**.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our kitchen outlet and the select slot selected.
Dynamic surge pricing may apply during high-demand hours, extreme monsoon rains, or national holidays.
All delivery fees are clearly displayed on the order summaries prior to checkout.

Food delivery quality is our top priority. However, delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control:

Heavy rainfall and waterlogged streets in Hyderabad
Unannounced traffic congestion or route blockades near Hope Farm.
Kitchen order backups during peak festival breakfast/dinner hours.
In case of severe delays exceeding **60 minutes**, our support desk will contact you to coordinate a re-delivery or full transaction refund.
